The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labor, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary to complete the construction of the following, as specified and shown in the Construction Documents: The Carlsbad Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Reconfiguration Project, 2560 Orion Way in Carlsbad, CA 92010. The City desires to upgrade this area of the Headquarters building, with regard to electrical, mechanical and technology infrastructure, select walls and new furnishings and finishes as detailed in the contract documents. The city anticipates awarding this project in March 2024. The Contract Time has been established as 150 working days in anticipation of achieving substantial completion by September 6, 2024. The Contract Time shall begin as specified in the Notice to Proceed Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
