Design Professional services to complete the work and documents specified for Design (Plans, Specifications & Estimate), assistance during the Bid, and Construction Support of the College East Storm Drain Replacement Project herein referred to as "Project". This Federally assisted Agreement includes subcontracting participation percentages for DBE participation.
