The Judicial Council seeks proposals from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of facilities design and construction related to roofing consulting services of public buildings. Multiple Consultants may be selected to enter into Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) contracts with the Judicial Council for the consulting services, or for the provision of the services they propose upon.
