SLOCOE seeks a consultant to develop a new Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan (MJHMP) in accordance with the requirements of the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000 and Title 44 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 201.6. It should be consistent with the processes delineated in FEMA’s 2023 Hazard Mitigation Assistance Program and Policy Guide. The consultant should facilitate a Hazard Mitigation Planning Group (HMPG) consisting of community stakeholders and representatives from the COE and each of the respective School Districts.
