Scope includes: • HVAC Assessment: Verify the ventilation rates in classrooms to assess whether they meet the minimum ventilation rate requirements. • Filtrations: Replace or Upgrade filters to Merv 13 or better. • Coil Condition: Verify coil condition, condensate drainage, cooling air temperature differentials, heat exchanger operation, drive assembly. • Controls: Review control sequences to verify stems will maintain intended ventilation, temperature and humidity conditions during building operations. Install CO2 monitoring devices or thermostats for each classroom. • Prepare HVAC Assessment Report. • Submit all required reports per CalSHAPE requirements Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
