To review the Project’s existing conditions at Community Park, 203 E. 14th Street, Davis, CA 95616 – recommended to walk to Shade Structure meeting point from Mary L. Stephens Library at 315 E. 14th Street.

Trades: Class A - *General Engineering Contractor GEC; Subcontractor Opportunities, Class B - *General Building Contractor GBC: Building Construction Services, Subcontractor Opportunities, C22 - Remediation Services of Asbestos (ASB), Lead Paint, Other Hazardous (HAZ) Materials
The work shall include removal of asbestos material, removal of timber with lead-containing paint, replacement of timber beams, trellis construction, and painting in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. In addition, electrical system will be replaced. At the time of bid the City has submitted an application to PG&E for the temporary shutoff needed to complete the electrical work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
