The work of this contract includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, rework, and services necessary to partially renovate the City of West Sacramento Police Department. The project scope: Demolition, patching, repairing, framing, casework, painting, ceiling and flooring installation, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, and other tasks specified in the plans and specifications. Project Scope • Approximately 16,343 sq. feet to the area of work. To include new floor finishes, paint, and casework, restroom and interview room updates, remodel of a storage room and kitchenette, and remove/add doors in corridor. This project includes two (2) alternate bid items: • Remove and replace ceiling tiles • Remove and replace window coverings *Any exterior ADA improvements outlined in the plans will be addressed separately as part of another project Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
