The Bungay Elementary School Building Committee (the BESBC) and the Town of Seymour, Connecticut (Town) are requesting sealed qualifications and sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive project management and owners representative services to the Seymour Public School District (the District) and Town, in connection with the planning, design, construction, and closeout of a project for the construction of the new Bungay Elementary School building and grounds and the potential demolition of the existing Bungay Elementary School Building (the Existing Building) (the Project) located at 35 Bungay Road, Seymour, Connecticut 06483 (the Property), and in connection with an anticipated school building project grant from the State of Connecticut for the Project. This solicitation is both a request for qualifications and a request for proposals (RFQ/RFP). Proposers must respond to both the RFQ and the RFP separately. Responses must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.

The City of Meriden-Water Department is seeking various laboratory testing services as well as providing any technical assistance, evaluation of data and other related service, as required.

The City of Waterbury, Department of Engineering, solicits proposals from qualified third parties for Berkley Heights Park Basketball Court Improvements as more fully detailed in the attached. The scope of work for this Project involves reclaiming or removal and proper disposal of the existing basketball court surface and the existing posts and backboards including their concrete foundations. The court shall then be expanded as shown on the plans by excavating and installing new base material. The disturbed subbase will then be graded, compacted and prepared for construction of the new court. New posts, backboards and hoops shall be installed, aligned and fastened in position with new concrete foundations. Forms shall be placed and secured, post-tensioning cables shall be installed, and concrete shall be placed, finished and cured. After the forms have been stripped and the concrete properly cured the post tensioning cables shall be stressed as specified. The court surface shall then be painted with the required coverings. New team benches shall be installed, and all disturbed areas shall be restored to a suitable condition.

The project will consist of replacing the existing 36 storm pipe from Green Road to its terminus point approximately 310 ft to the south in the City of Meriden. Refer to project plans titled Plan and Profile of a Drainage Line at 115 Green Road, Meriden CT 06450, dated May 14, 2026, included with this bid package for approximate limits of work. Work will include, but not limited to, removal of existing corrugated metal storm pipe and replace it with a new HDPE storm pipe. Although the pipe is on private properties, it is located within an existing City easement.

Waterbury Public Schools (WPS) is soliciting proposals from qualified aquatic systems contractors todesign, furnish, and replace two (2) leaking steel surge tanksserving the Olympic-size pool at John F. Kennedy High School. The existing surge tanks are deteriorated, leaking, and no longer suitable for reliable pool operation or long-term maintenance.

The City of Waterbury solicits proposals from fully licensed and insured General Contractors and/or Home Improvement Contractorsto provide complete services for renovation and revitalization of single-family, single-unit residential projects. The City is offering Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for Single Family, single unit Home Repairs deemed as emergency due to urgent repairs and having to do with the health, safety and livability of the assisted home and its occupants. The scope of each individual project is unique and based on individual needs. The intent is to contract with more than one company to create an on-call list for emergency repairs. It is not necessary for all contractors to provide all services. Proposals will be accepted from specific trades: i.e. plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc. Proposers need not be an all-in-one contractor.

Main drains & piping to be hydraulically balanced with 10 tees & required piping manifolds. Line velocity to be no more than 4/second. Furnish & install new 8 sch PVC wall inlets/returns piping to pool structure. Line velocity to not exceed 6/second. Furnish & install new pump & strainer with requirements of 680 gpm. Furnish & install new high pressure sand horizontal filters to be meet the 680 gpm requirement. Filter face piping to be manual linkage with complete flow control. Face piping to be sch 40. Filters can be either stainless steel or fiberglass. All valves to be Bray with flanges & stainless steel stems. Connect new perimeter piping to existing perimeter piping with proper valves & isolation. New system to have the capability to isolate between existing piping & new piping. Reconnect sanitation system to both new & existing piping. Label piping. Repair/replace any deck or pool structural removals necessary to complete installation. Obtain State of CT DPH permit for new code compliant structural fittings and filter system. Instruct Parks Department staff on system operation after installation.

The City of Waterbury, Department of Engineering, is seeking proposals from qualified third parties for Berkley Heights Park Basketball Court Improvements. As shown on the plans, overgrown infield area of baseball field shall have soil and vegetation excavated to a minimal depth of five (5) inches and material disposed of properly. Infield shall then be graded and resurfaced with specified material. Fence fabric on backstop shall be removed, disposed of properly and replaced. New team benches shall be installed, and all disturbed areas shall be restored.to a suitable condition.

Waterbury Development Corporation, acting on the City of Waterbury's behalf, solicits proposals from qualified third parties for the Waterbury Community Health Resource Center Conversion Project. Proposers must submit a proposed Project schedule as a separate item 3 with its proposal and must include Milestone 1, which is all abatement and demolition shall be completed within 60 days of the written notice to proceed. Long Wharf Waterfront Southern Improvements include a new promenade walking path adjacent to the water, athletic courts, a play scape, grading and utility work.

The City of Meriden is soliciting bids in seeking the services of a contractor to perform paving in the City of Meriden.The project will consist of the milling and overlay of various roadways in the City of Meriden totaling approx. 10.96 miles in length. Refer to roadway list titled Citywide Paving Program Summer/Fall 2026 Roadway List included with this bid package for approximate limits of work. Work will include, but not limited to, a 2 fine mill of existing pavement, a 2 overlay of Class 2 bituminous pavement, driveway aprons and painted pavement markings. It is anticipated that the project will commence in mid to late July of 2026. The City may remove or add roadways to the proposed roadway list as the project progresses and will coordinate with the Contractor during the project. The work performed on any additional roadways added by the City will be performed at the Unit Prices submitted on the Bid Form and may include unit cost for moves submitted on Bid Form if the location is more than 2,500 feet from work being performed. This bid/contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including setaside.

This is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Project involving the construction of a building of approximately 4070 gross square feet on the first floor of a 3-story building. The Repair shall consist of modifications to enhance the 2nd floor framing to meet AISC vibration criteria for offices.
