Roadway Signing (can be subcontractor) 7. Asphalt Paving The prime contractor shall perform all concrete pour activities with its own labor and equipment. All bidders shall be pre-qualified to bid prior to submitting a bid. A pre-qualification package may be obtained for review prior to obtaining bid documents.
