Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary for the Roseland Park Subdivision Drainage and Roadway Improvements project. The project is for the renovation and upgrade of selected infrastructure within the Roseland Park Subdivision. Work includes approximately 0.9 mile of roadway and road surface renovation, and approximately 1,800 LF drainage system reconstruction or replacement, ranging in size from 18” round to 42” elliptical pipe. Work also includes limited replacement or new construction of curbs and sidewalks, potable water distribution, and wastewater collection systems. The Contractor shall commence the performance of this Contract within 180 calendar days of the City’s written notice to proceed Questions due by: Monday, November 27, 2023 3:00 PM Bonds required.
