The Locust Grove City Council is requesting non-cost technical proposals from qualified consultants to design the intersection improvement of Peeksville Road at Leguin Mill Road (and Jubilee Boulevard). This project is to be funded partially by Citys SPLOST VI Program along with Henry County SPLOST VI. The Consultant shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Submittals will only be considered by those firms and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation.

This item of work shall consist of utilizing existing inventory of decorations and/or lights (Decorations) existing design features and the lease and installation of new or replacement decorations as needed. The Service provider shall provide all transportation, materials, supplies, and equipment to accomplish the decorating services.

The City of Cumming is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition and new construction of the Castleberry Parking Lot.

Fayette County, Georgia is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to provide parking lot striping for the following locations:

Water System Lake Kedron Parking Lot 420 N Peachtree Pkwy, Peachtree City, GA 30269

SPECIFICATIONS: Estimated 27 standard and 18 Boat/trailer parking lot spaces. Place direction arrows on drive as needed. Stripes shall be 5 inches wide. Parking stalls shall have a minimum width of ten feet and length of 20 feet. Handicapped accessible parking spaces shall conform to ADA Standards. Parking spaces shall be striped in white. All hatching and no parking areas shall be striped in yellow. Handicapped parking symbols shall be painted blue. All emergency vehicle areas shall be painted red. Stripes shall be machine applied. Fayette County will remove grass from edges of parking lots where necessary. Contractor will be responsible for blocking off the parking lots during work. Contractor will coordinate with the County prior to blocking off lots. All work should take place Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of but is not limited to the following. This project will consist of installing approximately 10,000 feet of 8-inch Steel, approximately 2,500 feet of 4-inch PE and approximately 1000 feet of 2-inch PE. *Note: These locations and quantities are subject to change but will be of similar scope. This will be a line-item bid with a not to exceed total.

The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for 3.03 miles of milling, patching, asphalt and striping of Jonesboro Road (from I-75 to Rosebud Lane).

The City of Atlanta is seeking qualified HVAC Technicians to repair, service, and install new HVAC systems, boilers, cooling towers, and chillers. Services include scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and major system overhauls on a 24/7 basis, with all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and parts provided by the contractor.

This contract provides for a time and materials contract for Service, Repair/New Installation and Maintenance to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, the annual inspections of the Boilers, Cooling Towers and Chillers owned and operated by the City of Atlanta at designated facilities and includes all labor, and incidental materials and parts on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days per week basis.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for Special Drainage Studies for Districts 3, 6 and 7.

The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for pavement markings on various roads throughout Douglas County, Georgia. The initial term of this bid is from July thru December 2026 then January 2027 for a one-year period, with options to renew for three (3) additional one-year terms. The work covered by this Invitation will be scheduled and released as individual Purchase Orders by Douglas County staff. Each Purchase Order shall contain the road(s), including termini, length, and required striping components (centerline, edge lines, lane markings, etc.) Bid prices shall be firm and valid for a 1-year period of an executed contract. Our intent is to solicit approximately 11.4 miles of roadway striping during term year one, excluding unforeseen challenges.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. This acquisition supports modernization of Building 10 (central plant) at the CDC Roybal Campus in Atlanta, Georgia. The objective is to provide complete design-build services to replace aging chilled-water plant equipment, improve electrical and controls infrastructure, maintain continuity of campus operations during phased execution, and deliver a fully commissioned and documented facility.

The project consists of approximately 3.3 miles of shared-use path beginning southeast of Buford Highway/US23/SR13 on S. Cemetery Street and ending near Pinnacle Way. The trail includes a combination of various on-street and off-street segments including the roadway segments along the northern shoulder of Mitchell Road from Price Place to approximately 600 feet southeast of Station Circle, the western shoulder of Pinnacle Way from Brook Hollow Parkway to Beaver Ruin Road/SR 378, and along the southern shoulder of Price Place from Mitchell Road Beaver Ruin Road/SR 378. The undeveloped section of the Shared-Use path will include two bridges and boardwalk sections. This section extends from Mitchell Road to the existing Pinnacle Park SharedUse path.

The City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation seeks a qualified contractor to provide community-based forestry services including tree planting, pruning, maintenance, invasive plant control, volunteer engagement, and public education services citywide. The selected contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, outreach, and related services necessary to plant and maintain approximately 6,000 trees; prune 5,000 young trees; coordinate volunteer invasive plant removal projects; and deliver community education and workforce development programming including tree walks, pruning classes, volunteer certification courses, speaker events, school outreach, and youth employment opportunities. Services shall support the City's urban forest goals through best management practices, community stewardship, environmental education, and coordination with City staff, community stakeholders, and residents.

The Work to be completed for this Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, earthwork, construction operations, details, supervision, and coordination of all trades, utility suppliers, governmental inspections, and approvals to complete the construction, installation, and coordination for the City of Dacula "Brookton Chase Court and Brookton Downs Subdivision Asphalt Repaving Project" as follows: The scope of work for Brookton Chase Court includes performing Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) which requires milling 3-1/2" of existing asphalt and subgrade material; then mixing Type I Portland Cement at a spread rate of 65 lbs/sy. Contractor will then install 2" of 19mm asphalt binder course; apply tack coat and then top with 1-1/2" of Type 2 - 'F' Mix (9.5mm) surface course asphalt pavement. Contractor shall re-establish crown in center of road when installing pavement to promote positive drainage to existing curb & gutter and storm drainage inlets. Existing asphalt cores based on SGC report reveal asphalt thicknesses of 1-1/2" to 2-1/2". Brookton Downs Subdivision consists of Brookton Drive, Brookton Lane, and Brookton Woods Way. Brookton Drive and Brookton Lane have been repaved multiple times over the years, so asphalt is built up above the gutter line. Existing asphalt cores based on SGC report reveal asphalt thicknesses of 3-3/4" to 5". Contractor will utilize variable depth milling to re-establish crown in center of road and to achieve proposed pavement that is flush with gutter line. A tack coat will then be applied prior to installing 1" of 'D' mix asphalt binder course pavement. An additional tack coat will then be applied prior to installing 1-1/2" of Type 2 - 'F' mix (9.5 mm) Surface Course Pavement over the entire streets.

The City of Tucker, Georgia requests that interested parties submit bids for the construction improvements to Rosenfeld Park. The project consists of the site construction of a tennis court park, including site preparation, grading, stormwater management systems, retaining walls and an asphalt parking area, in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and applicable codes

This project will remark on the existing markings for Runway 4/22 at Douglas Municipal Airport. In addition to the remarking, the scope will include crack seal to help preserve the existing pavement. The duration of construction is 10 consecutive calendar days, and will be coordinated with the engineer, owner, and GDOT. All applicable FAA and GDOT requirements will be followed as further listed within the contract.
