This is a SMART Resurfacing project along US-12. The work to be performed under this contract consists of road surface removal, HMA paving, removal and replacement of combination concrete curb and gutter, adjustment of drainage structures, placement of pavement markings, guardrail removal and replacement, aggregate shoulder placement, shoulder grading and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans described here in. Project labor agreement. DBE 14%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
