The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for Rio Vista Avenue / Overlook Point Septic to Sewer Project - 2024. This work shall take place on Rio Vista Avenue and Overlook Point in Putnam County. The work encompasses the construction of small diameter sanitary force main piping infrastructure (dry line) for future connections along Rio Vista Avenue and Overlook Point. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to ensure that all small diameter sanitary force main piping infrastructure (dry line) shall be constructed in accordance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) permit, specifications and guidelines. The sanitary force main directional bores under US 17 (SR 15) shall be constructed in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) utility permit and specifications as outlined in the latest edition of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the latest addition of the FDOT Roadway Design Standards. The Bid portion of this project will consist of the construction of small diameter sanitary force main piping infrastructure (dry lines) along Rio Vista Avenue and Overlook Point as well as directional bore two locations under US 17 (SR 15) connecting to the existing 6-inch sanitary force main along the east side of US 17 (SR 15) in compliance with current FDEP and FDOT standard specifications.
