The Maryland Environmental Service (the Service) is advertising this Request for Information (RFI) to qualified firms interested in identifying viable options for building a new Geothermal system for the MES headquarter in Millersville, MD. The Service is interested in receiving information for a proposed new Geothermal system that will be built in MES headquarters here at 259 Najoles Rd, Millersville MD 21108. The Service is also interested in upgrading and installing new VAVs while continuing to use the SmartBuildings management tools but is open to considering alternate technologies.
