It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Cecil County, Maryland (hereinafter "the County") to establish a term contract with a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide all labor, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide Latex Paint Recycling Services (hereinafter “Recycling Services”) on site and to be removed from the Cecil County Central Landfill (hereinafter "Landfill") located at 758 E. Old Philadelphia Rd., Elkton, MD 21921. The Recycling Services shall include sorting, processing, and facilitating transportation of a portion of the latex paint.
