The purpose of this contract is to have a contractor available with the County to provide and place Polymer Modified Patching. This contract is for leveling manholes, water valves, potholes, and bridge approach transitions with polymer modified asphalt pavement repair mastic and/or filling cracks in asphalt pavements in various locations throughout Harford County. This is a requirement contract, with work performed on a project by project basis as funds become available.
