The successful Contractor / Offeror shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, services, utilities, and other incidentals necessary to the successful completion of the project and the carrying out of all the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the contract as required for work as described. This is a Small Business Reserve Only Solicitation.
