The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Technology, are accepting contractor bids for theConduit and Fiber Optic Cable Installation at North County DES Stations. Work is generally described as follows: Installation of approximately two thousand two hundred (2,200) feet of one and one quarter (1.25) inch underground conduit with accompanying twelve (12) count fiber-optic cable. This proposal is for the underground installation and supply of 1 1/4 (inch) SDR HDPE conduit, including all necessary vaults, and pulling twelve (12) strands of County supplied fiber optic cable with vendor supplied 10 AWG solid core, continuous bond tracer wire along four (4) separate routes in northern Caroline County. All routes are in Ridgely, MD, Greensboro, MD and Goldsboro, MD. All routes will include installation of conduit, fiber, tracer wire, and necessary vaults. The Board of Commissioners for Charles County seeks qualified contractors to prepare contract drawings and specifications, obtain all applicable permits, and provide construction engineering services for the proposed upgrades of the Aerated Sludge Holding Tanks. The existing Aerated Sludge Holding Tanks do not meet the Countys need for three days of storage capacity at 20 MGD ADF. This project aims to design upgrades for the Aerated Sludge Holding Tanks that will increase tank capacity to achieve this goal.

The Work includes the following major items: A new Crownsville SPS P588412 which includes: Demolition of an existing SPS and the construction of a new 555 GPM wet-pit submersible SPS including, but not limited to precast structures; sewage pumps, piping and valves; flowmeter; sewage grinder; odor control system; precast concrete control building; ventilation equipment; electrical switchgear, transformers & service and distribution equipment; lighting; instrumentation & control equipment; VFDs; emergency generator and transfer switches. Baltimore County is seeking contractors to provide snow removal and deicing services for County roadways at the direction of the Bureau of Highways. Each contractor will provide all vehicles, including plow and spreader, drivers, and related equipment required for plowing and salt application, as per the specifications. Salt is to be provided by the County. All vehicles must be titled and insured under the bidder's business or subsidiary. A current Certificate of Insurance for each vehicle must be included with the required forms. Bidders must be available throughout the snow season, which is the annual period from November 1 through April 30 of the following calendar year.

This Request for Proposals is issued by the County to obtain Manhole and Wet Well Rehabilitation (using an epoxy coating system) and related services for the County Sanitary Sewer System. The concrete structure of our sanitary sewer manholes and wet wells in our wastewater system are deteriorating due to high levels of hydrogen sulfide. This rehabilitation service shall consist of, but not be limited to, cleaning, repairing and coating with Protective Coating Material-PCM, which is resistant to hydrogen sulfide. The successful offeror shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by the County. The contract is intended to be open ended with the potential to assign multiple projects over the course of the next fiscal year. Actual quantities for individual project assignments will vary but, we anticipate an estimated 300 vertical feet of manholes to be completed within the first year of the contract. This is not a guaranteed amount. The County reserves the right to add or delete from this total. Completion dates for individual project assignments shall be negotiated between the County and Contractor.

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is soliciting proposals from highly qualified consultant teams to provide architectural and engineering services (A/E) services for Historic Concord Manor Preservation, Rehabilitation, and Infrastructure Improvement.
