The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD) solicits statements of qualifications (SOQ) to prequalify subcontractors and general contractors for this project with a construction estimate of $68,750,000. The Town of Winthrop, MA solicits price quotations for the following: Hourly labor rate for a licensed MA Electrician with one helper to provide an estimated 100 hours of streetlight and traffic signal outage repair for the Winthrop Department of Public Works. The DPW Director will batch work orders of at least 5 locations but not more than 10 locations at a time and call them into the awarded contractor who will be expected to mobilize and make the repairs within 1 week of the call. The Town of Winthrop, MA solicits price quotations for the following: cost to load, transport, and dispose of yard waste, street sweeping debris, and mixed asphalt/cement debris from the Towns storage facilities at 100 Kennedy Drive in Winthrop, MA. The awarded contractor will provide all equipment needed to load and transport the product to a licensed and approved landfill of their choice. Yard waste loads must be a full 70 yd trailer load. The Work under the Contract consists of cleaning services, that will be performed either daily or weekly, as listed in the attached. The Town will provide all consumable supplies (trash bag liners, cleaning chemicals, toilet paper, paper towels. Company will be required to provide all labor and supply mops & vacuums. All work must be done during normal business hours (8:00am 4pm) with the formal hours being finalized with the Police Chief after contract award.
