The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Invitation for Bids (IFB) on behalf of the District Court of Maryland to perform phased construction to renovate the Worcester County District Court Commissioner’s Office. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, drywall, finishing, paint, flooring, bullet resistant materials, ceiling grid and tiles, security, and fire protection. MBE goal 20%.
