Meet at Mt Rose 6 Well House (6185 Lake Geneva Dr., Reno NV 89520). Bidding contractors should use the Montreux Service Entrance on Bordeaux Dr. in order to gain access to the neighborhood. Contractors should inform the guard on duty that they are there for a TMWA pre-bid meeting at Mt Rose 6 Well. Any prospective bidder arriving after the scheduled time shall be considered late and shall not be permitted to attend the meeting; and a bid proposal will not be accepted from such bidder. Bids will be accepted from only those Bidders in attendance at the meeting and site visit. NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.
