This Mandatory Job Walk will begin at the TMCC Red Mountain Building - Student Center, on the Dandini campus. Prospective Bidders must attend the Job Walk in order to submit a Bid under this ITB. Bidders who submit a bid without attending the Job Walk will automatically be disqualified and not considered for award.
Estimate: $150,000 - $250,000
Trades: Locksmith & Security Equipment Contractor: Access Control, Gate/Door Releases, Jail/Prison Locking, Intrusion Alarm Systems
Change the lock hardware on Classrooms and Labs on the TMCC Dandini, Edison, Meadowood, and Redfield campuses. The locks should be changed from a classroom (typical) lockset to one that can be locked from the inside with a push button. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
