This drilling machine is required for maintenance and repairs of Hillsborough County infrastructure. Notwithstanding Section 4.11, any alternative brand name equipment proposed by bidders must be 100% compatible and interchangeable with Mueller equipment due to the feature set and integration requirement with other components
