The City of Santa Ana desires a professional consultant to provide pre-construction and construction management services for the New Aquatics Facility at Memorial Park Project that is currently in the design phase. The Proposer shall provide Construction Manager, Inspector, Contract Administrator, and serve as an extension of City staff to the overall delivery of the Project. City staff may assist in the managing of construction and will oversee the work of the Proposer.
