Provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to complete pothole repairs at various locations throughout the District. Locations will be provided to the awarded vendor. 1. For each area to be repaired, remove all loose debris and broken asphalt to the limit of the repair area. 2. Straighten edges and square off areas to be repaired by use of jackhammer, asphalt saw or milling machine. 3. Compact loose dense graded aggregate sub grades as required to provide a firm unyielding surface upon which to place hot mix asphalt. 4. Apply prime and tack coats to existing sub grade to ensure proper adherence of new surface course. 5. Install 2” minimum compacted thickness of hot-mix bituminous surface course. 6. Seal pavement edges with hot tar. Prevailing wages.
