County of Orange is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk (“CM”) Services for Garden Grove Main Library & La Habra Library Remodel Project, located at 2 locations: 11200 Stanford Ave, Garden Grove, CA and 221 E La Habra Blvd, La Habra, CA. The awarded proposal will provide a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (“GMP”) for Pre-Construction Services between the County and the selected Respondent (“CMAR Entity” or “CMARE”). The County may, at its sole discretion, exercise its option to negotiate a GMP for the construction of the Project with the CMARE. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
