The City of Anaheim invites licensed Contractor to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Master Construction Agreement for On-call, As-Needed, Park Facility Improvements, Maintenance, Demolition, Repair, Replacement, and Emergency Response Services (Master Agreement) and requests to receive such SOQs via electronic mail by the due date and time specified in this notice. The City is seeking highly qualified Contractor(s) that offer technical expertise and ability to assist in the successful project delivery of the above mentioned types of projects. Projects may include, but not be limited to: Demolition (playgrounds, structures, concrete / asphalt areas, etc.), installation of playground(s), furniture procurement and installation, concrete / asphalt work, artificial turf installation, park recreational amenity installation &/or repair (ie: fitness stations, pickleball courts, tennis courts, etc.), park feature repair or replacement (ie: pergolas, seat walls, etc.). See Exhibit A (Service Categories) for a more detailed description / list of potential future services and types of projects. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
