The project includes but is not limited to: 1) Code compliance throughout the project; 2) Fence and gate installation to include new and reused materials 3) Access control: Control panel changes to accommodate relocation of two pedestrian gate badge reader 4) New exit hardware and screening material for pedestrian gates 5) Landscaping: irrigation relocation, sod repair, river rock and steel edger installation, etc in some locations Bonds required.
