Trades: Floor Covering and Flooring Contractor, Including Carpet, Marble, Tile, Ceramic
The work contemplated consists of the following: Overlay the existing flooring with new luxury vinyl plank flooring within most of the common spaces (as identified on the plan set). Remove a small portion of exposed aggregate concrete in the school lobby and cover with gypcrete and luxury vinyl plank flooring to match. Flooring transitions back to existing to remain. Additive alternate to replace the carpet within the administration offices with luxury vinyl plank flooring.
