Scope: Work consists of 3" inlay paving starting at the southern limit of the active paving job (planned to start around June 10th) for the Newberg-Dundee bypass near MP22.33, match existing joints and mix of Newberg project paving. Full width paving heading south and stop at BR08516's northern bridge joint. Only over BR08155 (Hess Creek), switch to a 2" inlay (4.5" existing), no vibratory use when rolling, and be aware that the bridge is load rated for an HS 20 vehicle so plan the paving train accordingly. Saw and seal all affected bridge joints which is incidental per 00744.90. Replace striping to match existing and add two narrow lane reduction arrows at the end of the NB climbing lane.

Scope of Work: David Douglas School District parking lot striping and related services by location at each of our schools, the District Office and our satellite locations. The work is to be performed annually during the summer months of July and August, commencing in 2026.

Project Description: Improvements generally include the construction of approximately 12,000 LF of 16 C905 DR 18 water transmission line from OR HWY 242 to the Sisters Reservoir near Peterson Burn Road along Edgington Road. Scope of Work: Construction services to provide and install a fire detection system at EWEB's Trail Bridge hydroelectric powerhouse in Linn County.

Project Description: Install Oil / Water Separator to service existing wash rack per provided engineered drawings and specifications. Include all required permits, locates, site work and repaving required to have a complete and usable wash rack facility and parking area.

Conversion of the current battery room into a new mens locker room. Includes demolition of interior walls, electrical relocation, lighting changes. Includes new finishes as needed.

Project Description: This Work consists of Surface Cleaning the existing steel girder flanges, webs, stiffeners, and cross frames and the concrete deck soffit on span 17W of Bridge No. 02758B. Coatings that contain lead, cadmium, and chromates will be affected by the Surface Cleaning Work Removing all visible contaminants by pressure washing including soot and burn residue and loose or damaged paint coatings.

Scope of Services: The contractor will provide professional Asbestos Project Management and Air Monitoring Services, which include: 1. Acting as the Asbestos Project Manager on-site during all abatement activities conducted by the asbestos abatement contractor. 2. Coordinating with the asbestos abatement contractor and HACC to ensure timely execution of work without delays. 3. Submitting a written statement upon completion of each abatement project, confirming that the work area is clear and ready for occupancy. 4. Providing air monitoring test results along with interpretations at the end of each project. 5. The contract will be on an 'on-call' or 'as-needed' basis, with a minimum of 1 testing day and a maximum of 50 testing days over two years (730 days). The services will be performed at various locations managed by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County in Oregon City, Oregon.

Description: Contract to perform asbestos abatement of flooring, wall and ceiling texture at various dwellings owned by HACC on an as needed basis

The scope of work for this contract includes: Work in and around sensitive wetland habitat. General excavation and grading. 3D machine grade control. Shallow pool construction. Embankment berms and spillways. Permanent stabilization. Construction of flashboard risers, headwall & fish screen structures. Storm pipe installation. Coir and wood log installation. Protection of sensitive areas including archaeological sites.
