Scope of Work:The Contractor shall design and deliver a turnkey modular early childhood education classroom facility to support its Head Start program in Woodburn, Oregon. The scope of work includes coordination with the Agencys Architect to support and inform the development of basic schematic design, as well as the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and all associated site work necessary to achieve occupancy readiness
Summary of Work: Demolish & Dispose of Twenty-four (24) of the Twenty-five (25) existing line sets. Includes twenty (20) new dead hung line sets. New tracks and curtains for the Jackson Middle School.

Scope of Work: Removal of old curbless, concrete splash pads in stormwater facilities. Temporary traffic control and erosion control. Tree preservation. Construction of concrete splash pads. Construction of concrete stormwater planters Construction of concrete mow curbs. Minor lawn repair associated with the improvement. Stormwater soil and mulch. Stormwater planting.
Project Scope: The proposed project will construct an emergency potable water intertie between Detroit and Idanha. The two communities are located approximately five miles apart. The intertie would consist of approximately 25,000 feet of new water main installed along highway 22, alterations to existing pressure reducing valve stations, a new bidirectional pump station, and a bidirectional flow meter. Water should be able to be pumped back and forth between the treated water reservoirs for both Detroit and Idanha. Phase 1 of this project will be for engineering design and feasibility. Should the project be able to be constructed, phase 2 will consist of construction oversight and construction management of the project designed in phase 1. While only phase 1 work is guaranteed, the owner shall reserve the right to award phase 2 of the project to the winning proposal.
Project Summary: The goal of this project is Beavercreek Elementary School classrooms: 3, 5, 6, 17, 18, 19, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34: Remove and dispose of approximately 13,711 square feet of tile, carpet and asbestos containing mastic. Work will be accomplished using wet and manual methods, within neg-air containment by Oregon certified asbestos workers and supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements for the safe handling and disposal of Class II friable asbestos products. After removal, grind concrete floor with 25 grit blades to remove mastic without using solvent. Project Description: City of Amity Voluntary Periodic Review- Phase II - The Project will inventory and digitally map Amitys natural and riparian resources and update development regulations to align with Amitys Comprehensive Plan and Statewide Planning Goals 5, 6, and 7, and serve to complete Task 3 of Amitys Voluntary Periodic Review Work Program. Specifically, the Project will complete Task 3 of Amitys voluntary periodic review work program to update the Natural Resources, Water Resources, and Natural Hazards sections of the Comprehensive Plan. .
Scope of Services: Scope Item A is to haul dewatered biosolids to one or more of the landfills.
