Scope: Work consists of 3" inlay paving starting at the southern limit of the active paving job (planned to start around June 10th) for the Newberg-Dundee bypass near MP22.33, match existing joints and mix of Newberg project paving. Full width paving heading south and stop at BR08516's northern bridge joint. Only over BR08155 (Hess Creek), switch to a 2" inlay (4.5" existing), no vibratory use when rolling, and be aware that the bridge is load rated for an HS 20 vehicle so plan the paving train accordingly. Saw and seal all affected bridge joints which is incidental per 00744.90. Replace striping to match existing and add two narrow lane reduction arrows at the end of the NB climbing lane.

Coatings that contain lead, cadmium, and chromates will be affected by the Surface Cleaning Work Removing all visible contaminants by pressure washing including soot and burn residue and loose or damaged paint coatings.
Asbestos Project Manager & Air Monitoring Services – 2026-2028, Oregon City, OR
Scope of Services: The contractor will provide professional Asbestos Project Management and Air Monitoring Services, which include: 1. Acting as the Asbestos Project Manager on-site during all abatement activities conducted by the asbestos abatement contractor. 2. Coordinating with the asbestos abatement contractor and HACC to ensure timely execution of work without delays. 3. Submitting a written statement upon completion of each abatement project, confirming that the work area is clear and ready for occupancy. 4. Providing air monitoring test results along with interpretations at the end of each project. 5. The contract will be on an 'on-call' or 'as-needed' basis, with a minimum of 1 testing day and a maximum of 50 testing days over two years (730 days). The services will be performed at various locations managed by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County in Oregon City, Oregon.
