The Board of Supervisors of East Goshen Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania is soliciting bids for the collection of municipal waste and recyclable materials in the Township. The Contract awarded will be for a three-year period beginning January 1, 2027, with the option to extend the contract for two successive one-year periods.

Project scope of work includes demolition of existing curb ramps, saw cutting and removal of pavement, installation of new concrete ADA curb ramps meeting PADOT requirements, paint striping as needed, repaving sawcut areas and cleanup.

This project is to rehabilitate the existing Runway 11-29 pavement (approx. 5,500 x 100). The project includes removal of the existing asphalt, preparation of the existing base course, adjustments to the fillet geometry for both end connector taxiways, transition asphalt tie-ins for connector taxiways, installation of a P-401 bituminous surface course, grooving the runway pavement, shoulder grading, light and or underdrain cleanouts adjustment to grade as required, marking the new pavement, and other incidental work required to acceptably complete the project.

The project consists of site improvements and comprehensive renovation of an existing multi-story residential building. Site work includes completion of a boundary survey, reconstruction of the rear retaining wall with storm drainage, including geotechnical evaluation and structural design, replacement of select concrete surfaces, repairs to the asphalt parking lot, installation of a new dumpster pad with bollards and fencing, and select site drainage improvements.

This project involves the replacement of the existing 31 single span reinforced concrete closed spandrel arch structure over Mill Creek with a 32 x 9 clear height rigid frame structure. The existing structure is 18-8 curb to curb (and 22-8 out to out) wide with concrete parapets built in 1912. The total length of the existing structure is 31- 0. The proposed structure has a 60-degree skew which matches the existing structure. The out-to-out structure width of the proposed structure is 28-0 which provides two (2) 10-0 lanes and two (2) 2-0 minimum shoulders. Moment slabs will be utilized to allow for barrier transitions at the far end. The near end barriers will transition on the structure. The paved roadway will continue across the structure with a 5 thick distribution slab below grade across the structure. The project will include minor approach roadway reconstruction and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 4009, Section 02B in Lehigh County Lowhill Township from approximately between the intersection of SR 4009 (Mill Creek Road) and Mill Road at segment 0030 offset 3273 to approximately at the intersection of SR 4009 and Browning Road at segment 0040 offset 0462.

The project consists of replacement of the existing stone masonry arch culvert carrying SR 307 over Stafford Meadow Brook with approach roadway improvements. The proposed structure will be single span prestressed concrete spread box beam bridge with four 11 foot lanes and 8 foot shoulders. Other work includes roadway approach pavement reconstruction and shoulder widening, guide rail replacement, E&S control measures, signing and pavement marking, existing structure removal, and other miscellaneous construction work. Construction of the SR 307 bridge will be completed using staged construction while maintaining one lane of traffic in each direction. Additional work includes two driveway relocations and mill and overlay of SR 307 at the project extents, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 307, Section D53, in Lackawanna County, Roaring Brook Township from approximately 4.4 miles north of SR 690 at NB segment 0150 offset 1147 to approximately 2.4 miles South of Interstate I-81 at segment 0180 offset 1340.

The description and location of the project is as follows: For the construction of a Park and Ride parking lot including, driveway entrance/exit, bus lane/stop, parking lot lighting, drainage, guide rail, 2 redi-rock retaining wall systems and bituminous pavement and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for Tigue Street Park and Ride Lot in Lackawanna County, Dunmore Borough along Tigue Street from approximately 200' west of the intersection with I-84 On/Off Ramps and Dunham Drive to approximately 800' east of East Drinker Street (SR 2020).

The description and location of the project are as follows: For the construction of an ITS system including steel sign structures-centermount, related ITS system equipment, ITS changeable message system (CMS) systems, ITS closed circuit television systems, and other related work all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 15, Section 88I in Monroe Township and Shamokin Dam Borough, Snyder County, and Union Township, Union County and Point Township, Northumberland County.

This project consists of a Bridge Replacement on West Cross Road over North Fork of Powell Creek in Jefferson Township, Dauphin County and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package For State Route 7206, Section BRG, in Dauphin County, Jefferson Township, from Station 12+30.00 to Station 17+80.00, for an overall project length of 450.00 linear feet (0.085 mile).

This project is the construction of approximately 0.291 mile from SR 0518/Segment 0140/Offset 1015 to SR 0518/Segment 0140/Offset 2650, including flexible base replacement, overlays with Superpave Asphalt Mixtures, drainage, guiderail, utility adjustments, concrete sidewalk, traffic signals, pavement markings, and signing, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package.

This project is a combo project that will replace the existing Glen-Gery structure a single span concrete slab bridge carrying PA 28 over a tributary to Redbank Creek in Summerville Borough with a precast reinforced concrete box culvert from approximately 500 feet from the start of the existing structure at segment 0030 offset 1163 to approximately 500 feet from the end of the existing structure at segment 0050 offset 0071. And the existing Runaway Arch structure a reinforced concrete arch carrying PA 28 over Runaway Run in Summerville Borough with a precast reinforced concrete box culvert from approximately 500 feet from the start of the existing structure at segment 0030 offset 0312 to approximately 500 feet from the end of the existing structure at segment 0030 offset 1163 and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 28, Section 555, in Jefferson County Summerville Borough.

This project is the rehabilitation of Slatington's 100 steps, railings, installation of pedestrian lighting, drainage and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 0000, Section SRP, in Lehigh County Slatington Borough from approximately Fairview Ave. at station 9+50.00 to approximately Hill St. at station 12+39.01.

The scope of this job is bridge preservation activities as well as other various repairs including epoxy overlay, expansion seal replacement, concrete repairs and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 0119, Section 23M, in North Union TWP., Fayette County and seven additional locations, to extend the life of the structures.

The scope of work will consist of the cleaning and washing of bridges to remove miscellaneous debris from bearings and bearing seats at all piers and abutments and other bridge components as specified in the bid package for various state routes in Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties.

The project consists of a bridge replacement on North Lincoln Avenue Bridge over the Quittapahilla Creek in the City of Lebanon and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for State Route 7301, Section BRG, in Lebanon County, City of Lebanon, from Station 09+40.00 to Station 13+50.00, for an overall project length of 310.00 linear feet (0.059 mile).

This project is the construction of approximately 0.143 mile of local road, Euclid Boulevard from Station 0+00 to Station 7+55, including paving with Superpave Asphalt Mixtures, drainage, and concrete sidewalk/curb, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package.

Sealed proposals will be received by Middletown Borough, 60 West Emaus Street, Middletown, PA 17057 to provide building cleaning services starting from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 for a term of one (1) year.
