Welborn Street Parking Improvements Project located within Unity Park. This project has two parts; the addition of a new asphalt parking lot and the addition of head-in parking spaces at 159 Welborn Street. The project includes, but not limited to: demolition of existing gravel parking lot; demolition of existing concrete pad; installation of new concrete sidewalks; concrete parking stalls; concrete pads; curb and gutter; asphalt pavement; parking lot striping and wheelstops; biorention area improvements; an 18” wide infiltration trench; landscaping and irrigation; and lighting. Contractor shall tie building connections into new sidewalk at head in parking stalls. Contractor shall construct the concrete head in parking stalls and sidewalk in front of the warehouses first. MBE/WBE goal is 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
