The City of San Antonio (City), Public Works Department (PWD) has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms (Respondents) to provide construction engineering and inspection services on an as needed basis. Work will be performed on an as needed basis and the execution of a contract does not guarantee the issuance of work/task orders during the term of the contract.
