This project will be to renovate and refresh existing lobby at Kerr Hall, located on the Denton campus on Maple Avenue. Spaces to include welcome desk, student lounges, game area, offices and potential add alternate of laundry and new restrooms. This project will centralize the welcome desk for views of the entry and provide four (4) offices. Game area will include (2) pool tables and one (1) ping pong table. Add Alternate: Lobby space has potential to increase to include a portion of the old dining facility in order to add additional laundry facilities, residence hall kitchen and lounge space. HSP due on March 26, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Time is of the essence in the performance of the Contractor’s duties. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
