Spradley Farms Improvement District of Kaufman County (SFMMD, “The Owner”) is performing District Improvements of Utilities (drainage, water and sewer), and Roads (paving and erosion control) within the boundaries of Phase 1 of Talia Master Plan Community. The Owner seeks a qualified bidder to perform the work. Bidders are invited to submit a proposal to the Owner for consideration. The successful bidder shall be expected to work closely with the SFMMD-Owner, Graham Associates, Inc.-District Engineer and CH TNC Mesquite-Developer. The contractor shall supply all list of personnel, sub-tier contractors, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and all other items and services necessary to provide District Improvements for Spradley Farms Improvement District of Kaufman County. Services shall include clean-up, disposal of debris, reports, submittals, schedules, licenses, insurance, on-site coordination, and overall management of work activities to perform District Improvements at Phase 1 of Talia Master Plan Community in Mesquite, TX as outlined in the Bid Form schedules. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
