The University of Texas System (“Owner”) and Stephen F. Austin State University are soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) for selection of a Construction Manager at Risk firm for 805-1502 Miller Science and Kennedy Auditorium Replacement (“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the attached Request for Qualifications. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is the first step in a three-step process for selecting a Construction Manager at Risk firm for the Project. See attached for step requirements. HUB Subcontracting Plan is required.
