This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Maintenance Contract consisting of the purchase of roadway materials only (asphalt oil & emulsion). The Contractor will provide materials that will be (picked up) at the hot mix plant that will be loaded into Department owned trucks or contracted trucks working for the Department, and/or (deliver) material to a designated location as defined in the Work Order as the Contractor’s expense. The Contractor will have at least one hot mix plant within a 50-mile radius of the Red River County Maintenance office, and the plant within the closest proximity will be the primary source of material provided for (pick up) operations. The minimum amount of material to be ordered on an individual work order is 5,000 gallons. There are 5 working days allowed to complete each work order. DBE Goal: 0%. Bonds required.
