The City seeks a qualified Bidder to perform all construction, modifications, and supply all materials and equipment for the enhancement of the Justice Center Pond located at 5201 Riverwalk Drive, Colleyville, TX 76034. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: Material excavation and Subsurface preparation for boulder installation around pond edge. Installation of mossy sandstone boulders and larger accent mossy sandstone boulders around the pond edge perimeter. Installation of stone veneer at headwall structures and Bridge siding. Grading of pond edges and slopes. Installation of turf reinforcement mat and erosion control measures. Installation of hydro-mulch. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
