Victoria County seeks to acquire, through donation or purchase, a tract of land in a suitable location in Victoria County to build an inpatient mental health facility, and other improvements, to serve an estimated 50-60 patients. Through this Solicitation for Proposals ("SFP"), Victoria County seeks qualified respondents to share in a unique opportunity to jointly leverage investments by the State of Texas designated to serve Victoria County and surrounding region to aid in building an inpatient mental health facility. A successful respondent will be asked to convey a suitable tract of land to Victoria County, on which the hospital improvements may be built.
