Victoria County seeks to acquire Owner’s Representative (OR) Services for the design, construction, and other improvements of an inpatient mental health facility to serve an estimated 50-60 patients. Through this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"), Victoria County seeks qualified entities, firms, or individuals with current and/or prior experience as an Owner’s Representative. A successful respondent will have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide Owner’s Representative Services to Victoria County.
