The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified sources to enter a contract to manage the water quality and ecological conditions in Chris Greene Lake, Mint Springs Upper and Middle Lakes, and Walnut Creek Lake. Lake management would emphasize managing harmful algae, dissolved oxygen, and accumulated in-lake phosphorus. Recent lake management strategies at all parks include monitoring dissolved oxygen and algae levels and applying copper-based algaecide when necessary.
