The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Information Technology, are accepting proposals from qualified vendors to install approximately eight thousand (8,000) feet of two (2) inch conduit and approximately thirteen thousand feet (13,000) of forty-eight strands of fiber optic cable and multiple fiber splices along the route.
