This Contract is for the Citywide installation, repair, or replacement of new concrete surfaces including, but not limited to, sidewalks (concrete and brick), curbs, gutters, steps, ramps, curb cuts, footings, retaining walls, bus pads, dumpster pads, driveway aprons and miscellaneous concrete and drainage related work. The majority of the work that will be completed under this Contract will be under the City’s Capital Sidewalk program that includes concrete maintenance in advance of the City’s Street resurfacing program. Work under the Capital Sidewalk program typically includes repair and replacement of sidewalk, curb, gutter and/or ramps. This Contract may also include additional projects including, but not limited to, street and intersection improvement projects, pedestrian improvements, installation of multi-use and installation of shared pathways, among others. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
