The City has issued the ITB to obtain bids from qualified Bidders and award and enter into a Contract for the provision of construction services for the Colasanto Park Interactive Fountain Project. Scope of Work 1. Demolition and removal of the existing pool site. 2. Construction of new plaza and interactive fountain. 3. Site work including, but not limited to utilities, grading, fencing, site furnishings and site restoration. 4. Option 1: Provide and install the eight (8) tree plantings per the plans and specifications. 5. Option 2: Provide and install all specified eighty-four (84) shrub plantings per the plans and specifications. 6. Option 3: Provide and install all sixty-nine (69) perennial and ornamental grass plantings per the plans and specifications. 7. Option 4: Provide and install the site four (4) light poles and fixtures per the plans and specifications. 8. Option 5: Provide and install three (3) uplights per the plans and specifications. 9. Option 6: Provide and install sixty (60) feet of linear LED strip lights per the plans and specifications. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
