The Virginia Community College System (VCCS) seeks to procure a company to provide inspections and management services to control the growth of water chestnuts at the Annandale Campus pond. The Contractor shall manually remove the plants from the pond by hand, and shall not use herbicides to remove water chestnuts. The work to be completed includes but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, and equipment and any other related items necessary as requested by the VCCS. SBE goal 42%.
