King George County is accepting bids for Scoreboard Installation at King George Middle School Baseball and Softball Fields. The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed price, from qualified sources, for the installation of Two Varsity Scoreboards #331-4-21 8’ X 4’ furnished by the school in accordance with the goals, specifications, terms, and conditions stated within the installation manual, (Attachment C). The bidder shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and all appurtenances required for installation. The school will provide a telehandler for contractors to transport and to set the I-Beams and scoreboards as identified in this IFB. Bonds required.
