The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide motor grader(s) with skilled operator(s) to be used “on call as needed” to maintain and repair damaged gravel roadways, regrade, re-establish and place stone where necessary on stone shoulders of paved roadways, cut ditches, cut, grade and lay stone for construction projects under VDOT supervision for the Loudoun Residency located within Loudoun County. Qualified firms may submit bids for a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of three (3) motor graders with operators. VDOT reserves the right to issue multiple awards if deemed necessary to procure the required services. SBE goal 42%.
