The Scope of Work includes the cleaning of all EIFS on the building which includes, but, is not limited to the following: Soffits, fascia, trim, etc. Any damaged or deteriorated EIFS material is to be repaired/replaced as required to provide a sound EIFS surface that is weathertight. Once all of the EIFS has been cleaned and repaired, all EIFS will be painted with (2) finish coats of paint. Repainting of existing hollow metal doors and frames (exterior surfaces only) is also included in the Work, as well as repainting of the existing steel bollards. Bonds required.
